I adored the location, the room, and the staff. It’s close to everything you’d want to do and overall just amazing.

We could see the beautiful views from the breakfast area. However, we paid for a terrace room, but upon arrival we were given a non‑terraced room, and the host seemed surprised we’d expected a terrace. When we raised the issue, the host claimed he’d already explained the room change, which was untrue—nothing was mentioned at check‑in. They then dismissed our complaint entirely, offering no apology or acknowledgment of any mistake, which was very disappointing.

The staff’s welcome was warm, the view from the breakfast room and the terrace outside our room were lovely, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Breakfast was very good, cooked to order and included. The overall cleanliness of the entire property was impressive.
