The place didn't offer any outdoor seating—just a tiny smoker's bench outside the entrance. A patio would have been great for tailgaters and local K St football fans.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. Getting there was difficult because the area is busy.

I liked everything on the property. I couldn’t get air conditioning on, there was no power to the thermostat, the phone wouldn’t connect to front desk, and the front desk told me the units were serviced and the phones were reset, so he got the AC started, but it was too cold, so I set the thermostat to 74° and the heat came on with the worst burning smell like burnt popcorn. Front desk said the unit was probably burning off a sediment from the cleaning, so we had to open the window for both days we stayed there. This living arrangement was very uncomfortable!

Staff was nice, location was good. The second‑floor elevator wasn’t working and the ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working. My sister is disabled, so a second‑floor room was difficult.
