“Good hub for hiking in the area”

Finding the place was a bit of a challenge even though we got directions beforehand; parking is on site but can be tricky depending on how others have parked in the inner courtyard. The apartment we booked was at the top of the house, up a few flights of narrow stairs, and the kitchen and bathroom were separated from the bedroom across the hall. We received an email ahead of time telling us about this layout and suggesting we choose a different room if it would be an issue; we decided to stay with it, but I wouldn’t do that again because it wasn’t as convenient as having all the facilities in the privacy of one room. The bedroom itself was quite spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was large, but the shower was compact and there was little ventilation, so it smelled a bit musty even with the fan running. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was within walking distance to restaurants on High Street—highly recommend Koz…their food was amazing! We stayed here to be close to hiking in the Brecon Beacons and the four waterfalls areas, and it served as a good hub for that.

Very quirky, but the stairs were a bit of a hassle and I didn’t know which room was mine until I called.
