The room was huge, impeccably clean, and super comfy—ideal for a couple with a little kid. The online check‑in was exhausting, though; the site kept glitching, forcing me to re‑enter data multiple times, which was really annoying.

The proximity to Cabárceno, easy parking near the accommodation, and good bus links to Santander are positives. The men's bathroom had a bad smell. The shared bathroom was old and the showers didn’t offer much privacy. On the first day the room and bedding were poorly cleaned, and the towels had stains. We contacted the accommodation and the issues were fixed the next day.
