The fire pit was a highlight—wood was prepped and it made for a cozy campfire vibe. The vintage games corner was a nice throwback. But the listing was a lie; it’s not a single house but a cluster of huts, which made it impossible for a family with little kids to stay together. No locks on the doors added to the safety worries, and we had to explain the issue right away. They didn’t offer a refund or alternative, so we only stayed two nights instead of three.

The stay was good until they started burning animal waste outside, filling the air with a nasty smell.
