I had a harrowing experience at this hotel in Delhi. The gate was locked, and the staff seemed completely unresponsive, leaving me stranded outside for six hours in freezing cold and thick fog. It was a blessing in disguise that I didn't have to spend the night there, but the overall experience was a disaster. The staff's lack of assistance was appalling, making me question their professionalism.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel, which started when I arrived at 5:30 am on August 19th, 2025, expecting a short three-hour stay. Unfortunately, the hotel was not open at that time, and despite my attempts to contact them, I didn't receive a response. This led to an additional expense of 350 rupees as I had to book a room at another hotel in Pahadganj. Overall, the service was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend booking here.
