I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The prices were also very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of service and accommodations provided.
My experience at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the amazing staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.
“The first room that was assigned to us was not cleaned. There was dog fur all over the floor and chairs, bathroom and bl”
The hotel's quiet neighborhood and ample parking space were definite positives, but I was disappointed by the overflowing trash on the outside and the lack of a grass area for pets, which seemed inconsistent with the hotel's pet-friendly policy.
I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I was initially impressed by the hotel's excellent facilities, including the cooking amenities, although I did have to bring my own air fryer due to the lack of pots and pans. However, my stay was marred by a surprise charge on my card for an extra night, despite having paid online for both nights. Fortunately, everything can be resolved, and I appreciate the hotel's willingness to work with me to rectify the issue.
