Staying in the treehouse felt special and unique; breakfast was tasty and served outside under the canopy, adding to the charm. The hosts are wonderfully kind, but remember the treehouse has steps and can attract insects or spiders, and you’ll hear noises at night as if you’re in a jungle—though I didn’t mind it.

During our Yoga Retreat at Senses, we stayed in the treehouse and the location was perfect. The hosts were very kind and prepared breakfast for us each morning, so we highly recommend this special place surrounded by plants and trees.

I really liked it. It’s unusual and interesting. The house is on the villa grounds but set aside, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The hosts are very welcoming and let us check in early. There are many mosquitoes even during the day, so remember to use anti-mosquito spray. Sleeping is fine; the net over the bed keeps insects out. Breakfast is served right under the house at the agreed time. Living there long-term seems doubtful, but a couple of nights is a wonderful experience. The shower has hot water, which is surprising for this type of accommodation. I’ll definitely return next time.

The Hidden Treehouse is charming and unique, surrounded by nature with plenty to explore right outside your door. The garden is stunning, and waking up to birds and jungle sounds was a delight. Sadeepa and his family were attentive, caring, and kind, and the breakfast every morning was a highlight—authentic Sri Lankan food made with love. Thank you for everything; we highly recommend it.
