They helped us book a bunch of activities and got involved in the process. They were charming with us. The pool was great, and the food was good. The mattresses on the beds were terribly hard, which really messed up our sleep; it was something we never expected and stood out against the otherwise excellent hotel services.

Everything was perfect. The place has a special charm—open‑front reception, a very clean pool, a garden, the rooms, and a location that lets you walk to all the points of interest.

The seat was pretty good, close enough to walk or bike to some attractions. The bed might have bed bugs; my boyfriend slept there for one night, woke up itchy, and had bed‑bug bite marks.
