The city was awful and I couldn’t judge the location because it was raining too much. The rooms had a pleasant Japanese‑style vibe. The breakfast that was offered to us was a pleasant surprise because it wasn’t originally planned, so it was a nice and friendly gesture. Only the price surprised us.

The hotel is new, its décor is pretty, the beds are very comfortable, it’s very clean and well‑located, its owner is the best person we’ve met in Vietnam, her generosity and hospitality will never be forgotten, she helped us until the very last moment even after we were no longer staying there, she arranged transportation for us and let us use her bathroom to shower calmly before catching our sleeper bus, I highly recommend this hotel, its owners are a wonderful family and the facilities are 10‑star, thank you so much!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We spent three nights and were so happy with our choice. The owner is wonderful, very kind and attentive. She was always happy to help with any questions we had and also helped us a lot when we had an issue with our transfer. The room was spacious, bright, stylish and very cozy. You can really tell that a lot of thought went into the interior. And the bathroom was incredible: huge, beautiful and with a massive mirror. We were honestly amazed by how beautiful everything looked in person!! And definitely try the black coffee with condensed milk from the owner. It was so good!.

I didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on this. Nothing else comes to mind – perhaps the slippery tiles in the bathroom. Once wet from the shower, there is nothing to hold on to and it is exceptionally slippery which poses a danger.
