Location. Unlimited access to drinking water (there’s a communal water dispenser and a washing machine). Self‑check‑in and check‑out. Early check‑in possible – our room was ready ahead of time. Nothing else.

The location is excellent, next to the ferry dock and close to Kaosand Road, with all services nearby. The room has very little natural light because it faces a dimly lit courtyard.

Nice room in a great spot in Bangkok! It was the perfect budget accommodation for me and I’d come back anytime. The facilities were sufficient, since you don’t really need much in the room. At high occupancy it can get pretty noisy, but that wasn’t an issue when I stayed.

I always return to this place with great pleasure. The room is clean and it’s close to many nice restaurants and cozy spots. It’s a step away from numerous attractions and activities in BK, and near the riverside where you can take a boat to Chinatown and explore many pleasant neighborhoods.
