Nothing positive, unfortunately. I wasn’t given a fob, so I couldn’t access the room or use the elevator—just a set of keys that did nothing. Once inside, I was basically stuck; at 3 am I received a message because another guest got locked out and couldn’t get in either. The roof and walls were leaking, making it a generally horrible stay. I was offered an extra hour to check out to compensate for everything, but I’ll never stay here again.

Spotless rooms and a nice view, but the check‑in was a mess. Had to call the front desk a few times just to find out where to go. Still, the place itself was clean and the view was worth it.
