The customer service is very good! Alondra and Nahu are super kind and helpful, making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and paying close attention to every detail, so I highly recommend them. The breakfast could be a bit more varied and include juice, but it wasn't bad—just a potential area for improvement.

The rooms are few, the pool has excellent temperature, it’s very close to the town, the room we got had a view, the breakfast and the chef who served us were excellent. However, the rooms don’t have hot water, so I imagine it would be worse in winter, but fortunately we visited on hot days. The room we had could be noisy because it’s next to where breakfast is served and employees chat; I suspect the ones farther away aren’t. They advertise cable TV, but it only offers streaming.
