“Все было превосходно”
We found this villa on Booking, but there were no reviews. We arrived to see the villa in person, met the owner, and liked it. It turned out the villa had just been listed on Booking, and we were the first visitors from that platform. All photos match reality. The owners live on the first floor; guests stay on the second and third floors. The second floor has a kitchen, living room, two sleeping areas, a shower, and a toilet; the third floor has a patio where you can enjoy sunrise/sunset and nature, do yoga, stretching, or exercise. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking: stove, oven, large fridge, pots, pans, steamer, mixer. The serving dishes are white, single style. A washing machine is on the first floor with the owners. During the day, wind and fans keep the villa well-ventilated; at night there was no wind, but the temperature dropped, making it cool. The view is of the jungle. We saw monkeys, many birds, a peacock, and a huge squirrel. Monkeys don’t enter the villa. We slept with windows open. Hot water is available. Wi‑Fi works well. The villa is modern and clean. There was also fresh bedding and towels. We were on a bike, so we reached all infrastructure in 5 minutes. The owners—a wonderful family (Nuwan and Malsha, son Thinula, daughters Hiruki and Sanuti)—are kind and responsive, striving to give you the best service. They repeatedly offered us homemade food: fish, roti, shrimp rice, coconut pancakes. Everything was truly delicious. The children gave us flowers. It was very pleasant to receive such attention. Malsha did my makeup and dressed me in a traditional sari. It was a very interesting experience ❤️ They also kindly let us leave our bag while we traveled to the island center. Here you feel at home and immerse yourself in Sri Lanka’s nature. The days spent here will stay in our hearts forever ❤️ Thank you for such a warm welcome 😍
