We were welcomed by very friendly staff and the location is extremely central in Bukit Bintang, great if you travel by metro, and the price is low for such a prime spot. Yet the cleanliness was not up to hotel standard – we saw a blood stain on the bedsheets and bugs everywhere on the ceiling – and the room was way more cramped than expected, barely enough space to open our suitcase. Even though it’s central, traffic jams are a real problem if you want to use Grab.

The place itself was fine, yet the room was so tiny it was hard to move around, so I won’t bring my family back.

The hotel sits right in Bukit Bintang, with everything within a 10‑minute walk and the staff were friendly and attentive, but getting in and out is a hassle because of traffic, and the Wi‑Fi was a bit unreliable.
