The host was available and the location was convenient. The parking, however, was not very obvious due to narrow streets.

Getting in touch with the owner was difficult. We waited a long time for room instructions even though he knew our arrival time, and he didn’t answer our calls. Parking was limited, and Google Maps didn’t lead us properly to the place; a local resident helped us. He could have texted us earlier that the key was hidden in a box, and we had to wait for a woman with a phone to come to us. Communication was poor; a simple note about where the room key was would have sufficed.

The staff were wonderful—very helpful and empathetic, truly exceptional. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was superb. I strongly recommend staying here and thank you again for all your help.
