Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The location was great, the staff were friendly, and I liked the weight room. However, my bathroom had someone’s hair in it and a ring of dirt around the tub, plus markings on the wall and mirror frame; I thought it would be cleaned the next day but it never was.

I tasted decent food and the staff were friendly, but there was no parking for guests, the rooms leaked sound and construction was happening during our stay, making the room feel subpar.

The location was good, yet the property looked tired and was not clean.

The location was great, sitting right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit, and the Westin is one of my favorite hotels; however, the staff could have been a bit friendlier and helpful, and the room keepers arrived a bit late.
