The staff were very courteous and the breakfast was tasty. They also took care of our luggage. The shower didn’t work.

Staying at this centrally located Vientiane hotel was comfortable, we booked at a great rate, and although the rooms were small they were clean, modern, and cozy, with a rooftop offering nice views; the buffet breakfast was modest but included both Asian and Western dishes like eggs and sausage, and they arranged airport transport for a reasonable 250,000 kip. On the downside, staff struggled with English, making communication tricky, and the service felt a bit chaotic—we had to ask them to pick up dirty plates from a neighboring door because the hallway smelled.

The reception was very welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with spicy wet rice. The room isn’t soundproof; at night people coming back to chat can be heard, and even the lift noises are audible. In the VIP 3‑in‑1 room on the 8th floor, the first few rooms are next to the lift, so I couldn’t sleep because of the loud noise.
