Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
My stay at the hotel was made exceptional by the exceptional service provided by Manager Joanna and her team, but I did notice a minor inconvenience with the coffee service. The staff's warm hospitality and Manager Joanna's leadership made a significant difference in my experience, although I would have appreciated a 24-hour coffee option.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay, with the staff providing exceptional service, but the lack of convenient transportation options left something to be desired.
