Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The spa area, breakfast, the room itself, and the parking all liked overall. The women’s hammam in the spa had a smell of urine according to my wife and daughter, and in the men’s hammam the temperature and humidity were not what they should be.

The price was extremely high, and the breakfast was terrible compared to the cost of the hotel. In addition, the booking site omitted the fact that a pet fee of 20,000 drams is required, a fee that no other Armenian hotel charges.

The rooms were spotless and had a beautiful renovation, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite; I liked the place and will definitely come back. I was annoyed that they didn’t prepare for the cold weather—when it was freezing at night the heating wasn’t on yet, which made the stay uncomfortable. Aside from that, I’d give it 8.5‑9/10.

The location and view were great, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. However, the bathrooms had a bad odor, the breakfast buffet offered very little variety and was cramped, and some staff members didn’t greet me with the expected friendly smile.

The staff were excellent and cooperative, but the spa was closed during my visit.
