The view of Mount Agung framed by a sprawling green landscape is a huge bang for the buck, even though the spot feels like the middle of nowhere. Cleanliness was adequate but not meticulous, and flies were everywhere—typical of Kintamani.
The view was amazing and the staff were kind. I had a lot of worries about flies beforehand, but this time of year it was a lot better and I didn’t have any problems.

I expected the place to match my expectations, but I was a little surprised by the location. There was no parking sign, so I had to contact the property for parking instructions. The temperature in July was colder than I expected in the mornings. The staff were very helpful moving my luggage from the parking lot to the room. I suggest guests buy snacks before arriving because there’s no convenience store nearby. Thank you for the tripod. I’d like a divider or a cover between the shower and the closet so the closet floor stays dry.
The view was great, the pool was a plus, and breakfast was decent. We were able to check out late, at 12 pm. However, everything was very dirty, everything was old and broken, and the pool water was icy.
