I’m sorry for the choice I made. At this price you stay at a five‑star hotel. The food is disappointing; the sarmale are old and cold, the ciolan is cold, they took the plates and heated them. The rule about not eating or drinking food from elsewhere… I came from the road, the fridge in the room was empty, no water or a dispenser in the hallway. There are no disposable slippers, no pool robe, mold in the bathroom. The pool and saunas are scheduled. Good thing I didn’t take the all‑included food. For 730 lei I don’t recommend it. The room is only 250‑300 max. The good part is the valley with stories, but you have to pay a fee if you’re not staying. So book elsewhere and pay the visit fee. It was about to be forgotten! After I mentioned the mold issue they came in our absence and cleaned with chlorine without airing it out. When we arrived at the room we had to air it for an hour before we could enter 😴. That’s not how tourism should be!!!

Clean room, good food, many free facilities included in the stay price (pool, castle visit, valley story tour, game room, etc). Staff very friendly and attentive to our comfort (even the non‑speaking ones are very nice and attentive). A wonderful place for parents and kids with plenty of places to visit, play and fun for the little ones. I would have liked to have adult massages too
