The room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was included, it was close to the airport, and the hotel was clean and felt safe. The airport shuttle didn’t start running until very late, so I had to take an Uber to get there; the whole point of staying there was to use the shuttle, but I could use it in the morning.

It was conveniently close to the event I was attending. Even though you paid for your booking you still have to pay a $50 deposit upon check‑in, which was not communicated beforehand. Breakfast had no options; if you don’t eat bread there is no breakfast for you. Also why do they stop breakfast so early, at 9:30 am?

The place was clean. They charged a smoking fee even though there was absolutely no smoking. A manager wouldn’t be on site for three weeks, and they judged you at check‑in and charged you for smoking if they saw you using their outdoor benches. It took two months to speak to someone, no apology, horrible staff especially housekeeping.
