“I expected more of this hotel.”

Everyone—from housekeeping to the front desk, coffee shop, restaurant, and bar—was friendly and helpful, but the AC was replaced a couple of times in my room and finally I had to move to another room, which meant packing everything I had already set up and doing it again; I decided to cut my stay short and head to another hotel in Thornton.

“Room left much to be desired.”

The location met our needs, but when we checked in there were no towels in our room; the sliding bathroom door in the handicap room didn’t slide smoothly and wasn’t fixed until the next day; the bathroom sink drained very slowly and also wasn’t repaired until the next morning; the television turned off by itself repeatedly; the bed was completely uncomfortable; and the staff were neither helpful nor concerned about any of these problems.

The location was good and the common facilities were also good; the staff were polite and kind, but the breakfast was expensive and the cleaning wasn’t as good as expected, and the minibar in the room didn’t work well.
