Thank you for the warm welcome; I felt right at home. Everything was top‑notch! A comfortable bed, a lovely veranda, and a very delicious breakfast. The nature around is stunning! I don’t think I could find a better place in Yerevan

We were five adults staying for three nights, and the apartment on the first floor was spotless and lovely. The bedrooms were spacious, the living room was nice, and the terrace offered a view of Mount Ararat. We chose the stay with breakfast and dinner included; the food was served with local red and white wine and a variety of drinks. The meals were superbly tasty, packed with different salads. The hosts were very sweet and helped us with everything. We wish we could have stayed longer. I recommend the place with 100 % satisfaction. Walking and excursions are possible in the area, and everyone is friendly to assist.

Best guesthouse we've ever stayed at. The staff welcomed us so warmly, you feel more than just a guest. The food was outstanding, and when we wanted to head out early to Mount Aragats we were given a lunch pack. The kitchen itself is 5‑star. Highly recommend, will come back anytime.

Zhanna and Vaik are simply amazing hosts! We had a fantastic time at their beautiful guesthouse. The garden is a dream, with plenty of seating to relax. The highlight was picking peaches ourselves. Zhanna puts endless effort into a different creative breakfast and dinner each day – so tasty! Rooms have everything needed, including AC and a small kitchen. We share a bathroom, but that was fine. We totally understand all the 10‑point reviews!
