The owners are very pleasant and provide an excellent service. They provided us with water and milk daily in our room. The breakfast was excellent. The other guests were also nice. Some real characters staying there. A traditional UK B and B which are sadly becoming rarer. Well done. Nothing

The B&B was lovely, clean, and friendly. The location was perfect, right next to the Abbey and only a 10‑minute walk to the seafront. Vanessa was an exceptionally attentive host; nothing was too much trouble for her or Cam. We had a blast in Torquay, the room was spotless, turned over daily, and fresh towels were even provided halfway through our stay. They gave me a selection of decaf teas at the last minute in the evening and went out first thing in the morning to buy lactose‑free milk. The tea and coffee selection was great, the cooked breakfast and buffet every morning were lovely, and the welcome in Devon was warm. We couldn’t ask for more. Thanks so much, and we’ll come back whenever we can ❤️. The only downside was that we didn’t stay longer!

Everything was great – the hosts, the location, the breakfast options, and the value for money. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, and everything was within walking distance.

The room was spotless and roomy, and the hosts were warm and welcoming, always making us feel at home. They replenished fresh milk and other essentials daily. I loved everything about the place and the hosts!
