The cleaning staff are too lax; this needs improvement because the cleaning is done quickly and ineffectively.

The staff were always very helpful and friendly, and the place offered great value for money.

On the surface, this hotel seemed like a great choice - the pool was nice, the location was good, and the restaurant was decent. But when we started to notice that the air conditioning was underpowered, and the bedroom was freezing while the lounge room and bathroom were sweltering, we realized that there were some major issues with the hotel's climate control. It was a bit of a shame, because the hotel had a lot of potential, but it just didn't deliver.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the location was perfect, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met. They were always willing to lend a hand, and made us feel really welcome. The only downside was that we had to leave eventually, but that's not really a criticism of the hotel itself!
