The room was spacious, clean, and the location was very convenient for walking into the city. Parking in front of the shop is paid, but the attendant pointed out a nearby free parking spot. People with reduced mobility might struggle, as you have to climb stairs to reach the room.

The whole experience was fantastic, especially the breakfast which was abundant, top‑quality, and featured local natural products. The staff were very friendly and always attentive to our needs. Our room was lovely and the view of the Orcia valley was priceless. We came from conventional hotels and wanted something with authentic flavor; this place delivered that and more. It’s a five‑minute walk from Montepulciano’s historic center but still peaceful, away from noisy areas. We’ll definitely return and stay again. Nothing negative – everything was perfect.

Location A+, a very short walk to the Montepulciano entrance, plus free parking, which is rare! The management was A+ as well, and we loved the hostess – she was so friendly and accommodating. The property, restaurant, and wine tasting room were lovely. The guest rooms felt a bit dated, but otherwise fine. All in all, a great stay!

Location was excellent – just outside the restricted driving area – and it was easy to walk into town every day. The apartment lacked an outdoor area; after a long day we had nowhere to relax except on our bed. My biggest complaint was that the room was saturated with tons of artificial fragrance throughout, which gave my husband a headache as well. We removed the fragrance plug‑ins and curtains that were soaked in scent and opened the windows; by the next day it had mostly cleared. The building is old, the doors are heavy and old‑fashioned, so you hear everything; it’s impossible for neighbors to come and go without hearing them and being woken up by the doors opening and closing.
