“Incredibly friendly and what outstanding service!!”
I booked this gîte through the website. During my search, it appeared as being located in the village where I intended to stay. Unfortunately, there was an error on Booking, and the property turned out to be located more than 500 km away. On the day of my arrival, I called the owner and explained the situation. She immediately refunded the full amount of my booking. What incredible service! I have worked in the tourism industry for more than 20 years myself, and I have rarely experienced such professionalism and kindness. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay at her gîte in the future. Thank you very much! Booking should change the address for this property
