I keep coming back to this hotel because the location is unbeatable, the terrace offers a stunning view, and the breakfasts are delicious—definitely worth another visit.

“Bring a porter with you if you are staying here”

The room was clean and the breakfast superb, yet the road to the hotel is so steep that a taxi couldn't reach the entrance, forcing us to climb the remaining distance with our luggage. We then had to take a lift for three floors, descend a staircase, and climb another two‑floor staircase into the trees to get to the room, and the bathroom had a strong odor.

“The view made up for it”

The view is great, but I noticed cracks in the walls, mould, and the bed feels very hard.

The location is excellent, the staff are understanding and helpful when you arrive early, and you can start exploring the nearby sites just a minute after checking out. I’ve stayed at several hotels on Tiflis, and this one offers the best price‑performance; the view is already superb, so there’s no need to waste time with pointless attractions. The breakfast is also included—don’t bother looking elsewhere. Those who give low ratings simply haven’t stayed elsewhere.
