“Facilities very good , staff friendly”
Parking was convenient, the bed comfortable, and the shower clean; however, the restaurant food fell short of expectations.

The staff were welcoming and the room was clean, basic but just right, though it got a bit noisy when the neighboring bar emptied around midnight, lasting only about half an hour.

I slept well on the bed, but the curtain didn't block the window or door completely, so there was no place to hang clothes. The room felt a bit dirty; I found a lot of grimy dust and the cloth I used was black. Filling the electric jug from the bathroom tap was almost impossible, and there was no brush or dishcloth to wash dishes with. The place looked dated and didn’t offer good value compared to other options in Palmerston North.

The pub was a highlight, but a cigarette was left on the table and the toilet seat was dirty.
