A cozy room with everything you need; Alessandro was very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, even walking to the beach at La Caletta, so I recommend it! The nearby bar during the party night made me a bit uncomfortable with loud noise until after 2 a.m., but that doesn’t take away from the comfortable room.

The location is excellent; you can walk to the promenade at La Caletta and the main services. It’s a perfect base for exploring this coast, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia in my opinion. Alessandro is a very kind and flexible host, genuinely interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Simple but essential, especially if you use it as a base to visit various beaches and coves. Very clean, great value for money, maximum tranquility, and parking is practically a two‑step walk from the room. Nothing to complain about, except that the stay was too short 😅.
