Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, and great to have nearby parking—essential for anyone who’s been to Naples and the surrounding area! The bathroom is functional and new, with a clean shower and adequate spray. Plenty of space to hang clothes (hangers provided, thanks!!!) and to store luggage and items. New windows, an efficient fridge with good performance. The front door stays a bit open even when the lock is engaged; a small seal might help—what a nuisance. The room’s power supply is controlled by a card (like in hotels), which is good for energy saving. I noticed that in other places, at least for the climate, there was an internal sensor that monitored temperature and turned on a timer, allowing you to avoid entering a room that hadn’t been air‑conditioned for hours. Anyway, the room’s size matches the installed climate, so you just need to wait about fifteen minutes to reach acceptable temperature and humidity. The fridge, though effective and powerful, is really tiny… maybe a larger model would be better (if you’re two, water and drinks fit).

I stayed at this B&B in a historic house surrounded by greenery and it was a great experience; the access instructions were clear, the host was helpful, the room and bed were comfortable, and the setting was lovely.

Luca was a fantastic host, always reachable and helpful, I felt very comfortable, the Wi‑Fi worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of parking spots and enough cafés and shops nearby.
