Close to everything in Venice Beach, unpretentious, with a super helpful team; I loved the bike rental. I discovered at the very end of my stay that there was a rooftop, but there is no bar or restaurant at all.

Ideally located in front of the famous skate park that makes more than one dream. The staff are pleasant and attentive. Bicycles are available, as well as skates, basketball balls… the top!

Immediate proximity to the sea. The provision of towels and other equipment is very convenient. The room décor was very nice. The bedding is not top. The neighborhood is really problematic at night.

The hotel sits in a perfect spot on Venice Beach, offering ocean‑side rooms with a real beach view and nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, though they’re noticeably smaller than the photos suggest. Service was lacking and the staff seemed disengaged for the price paid; the bike limit of four and the inability to reserve them ahead made it hard for families, forcing us to rent elsewhere. During our four‑day stay only the beds were made, and the free coffee capsules we asked for at reception never arrived. The parking is genuinely useful in the area but costs an outrageous $55 per night.
