Good location, clean rooms, staff extremely friendly, yet I expected a less dated and more comfortable room.

Well‑located in the city centre with lively surroundings and the option to take a cable car up to the summit; the staff are friendly, the hotel is well maintained and the restaurant is good, but the menus are hard to read in Italian.
