The first contact was pleasant; the lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful. However, the staff on site were not very friendly, especially the tall lady who didn’t even greet us and showed no interest even after I tried to say hello. The place is nice, but it lacks the warmth that makes guests feel valued.

I liked the place overall, but the Kings Bedroom lacked a kitchen sink and kitchen towels.

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a family escaping the city noise, with hardly any traffic sounds; the kids loved the pool, and the location near the shopping centre and beach was convenient; the staff was excellent, and I’d definitely return.
