Breakfast didn't meet our expectations; the selection was limited and the menu lacked variety. As a hotel of this standard, we expected higher quality and more diverse dishes, so this area needs improvement. We also found the check‑in process disappointing: the security guard had no knowledge of our reservation, which made the whole procedure unnecessarily long and troublesome. After our trip, we were hoping for efficient, professional service.
