The spot was convenient and the breakfast decent, though we arrived late and found the restaurant shut, the manager stepped in and treated us to a wonderful dinner, which we really appreciated. Our only hassle was lugging three large suitcases up to the second‑floor rooms, which was pretty uncomfortable since the hotel has no lift.

The bed quality was good. It’s disappointing to be offered a sea‑view room and then receive a room overlooking trash containers. The shower was hard to regulate because the cold‑water tap was loose, and the toilet seat was also loose. The hotel is very worn out, and the price of almost 1400 kr for a night is far too high for what you get. There’s a nasty chemical smell from cleaning products in the corridors. The price should drop and the three stars should be reduced to two.

The food at the hotel we stayed at was good, and the waiter was sweet. The hotel is worn out and the toilet didn’t smell good. It felt like the floor could collapse at any time; there was a spot so soft you felt you could walk through it and slip down to the room below. We couldn’t get food at the Løgstør bath hotel and there was no information on the hotel’s website, so we had to go to Løgstør Parkhotel. The sweetest woman who was there when we arrived didn’t know why, and it was frustrating. This hotel needs a big loving hand and a lot of cleaning, and plenty of good energy.

The staff were very friendly and the location is fantastic. However, when you’re given a courtyard room, the overall impression drops. The hotel is a bit worn, breakfast is nice but a bit dull; it could use a fruit or snack to liven it up. The room itself was cozy and clean, but with courtyard view it felt a little overpriced. The carpets were ugly, the doors creaked when you dragged luggage up, and the corners were worn.
