They gave a welcome drink and the location was close to Qorikancha and walkable to Plaza de Armas, but the room was below a jacuzzi with massive noise, the staff were unhelpful in resolving it and initially didn’t even try to troubleshoot, just ended the conversation by saying there was no other room available (so suck it up); the mini fridge in the room buzzed all night.

From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming, and the room was excellent with a very good bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, and even though the hotel is a bit far from Plaza das Armas and requires a short walk, the lack of noise was a real advantage. Nothing else bothered us. I have nothing to criticize.
