When we arrived the room wasn’t clean, but after letting the staff know we were moved to the next room which was tidy. The lighting was good and the bathroom was spotless – just the basics for a couple of days. The breakfast was included, yet on the first day we only found instant coffee, which was disappointing.

It isn’t worth the price. There was no tissue in the bathroom, and at 89 pounds it’s not worth it.

Nothing positive. Everything was bad: no room facilities, the cleaner was very rude, breakfast was served in the reception area, it felt unsafe, it was very dirty, I didn’t eat there, all fixtures like curtain poles and shelves were hanging off the walls, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there were smells from somewhere, there was no door handle, and the bed was uncomfortable.
