The owners were very welcoming and even helped store our luggage after check‑out. The apartments matched the photos and were as expected. It was a bit hard to find the place at first.

The host was friendly, there was a protected parking spot right outside the door, and a washing machine was available. The old seating furniture, poor heating, and unsafe electrical wiring were drawbacks.

A charming little spot in Lagodekhi, Old House is easy to reach on foot from the main street where a handful of shops and a few restaurants await.

We really liked the place – a quiet street, a pleasant entrance, and parking available. However, everything in the apartment felt tired: the sofa was sagging, the outlets were hanging off the wall, the heaters had twisted cords, the fridge was broken and cracked, and the worst was the sewage smell that seeped into the bedroom through the closed shower door.
