The location and direct access to the lake. The breakfast is good, buffet style with some variety, a bit short of exceptional but sufficient, they serve freshly scrambled eggs. It had everything basic for a short stay. Just outside the place, you can catch the buses that take you to downtown Pucon or Villarrica. The bed was not very comfortable, for the price it should be better.

The domes were really pretty, had air conditioning and bed‑side breakfast, which was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and came right away when I mentioned the cleaning issue. The cleaning itself wasn’t up to par; I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been changed and there was a layer of dust on the surfaces and floors, including the bathroom.
