A stunning hotel, but the beds were so uncomfortable. I called a few times to request an early check‑in for a concert that night, and the lady I spoke with twice was horribly rude, insisting on a $20 fee that I said was worth it. Luckily, a kind gentleman at the desk helped us check in early so we could prepare.

The breakfast was decent, but there was no elevator and the staff attitude was bad. Check‑in was very late at 4:00 pm, while we were supposed to check out before 9 or 10 am, creating a long waiting line.

Cleanliness and friendly staff were excellent, but I would have liked lighter free‑weight options in the fitness center; the lightest weight was 25 pounds.
