“Demasiado Bien pero…”

The room was quite nice, well lit, and ventilation was perfect in summer with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan; we slept soundly. In our case, the bathroom had a lot of hair left by someone, and the shower didn’t drain it.

“Comfortable room for two near metro Lucero”

The room was good in a good apartment with all the equipment we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient, just 5‑10 minutes from the metro station and a supermarket.

“Comfy room in Madrid with kitchen”

I stayed in an apartment room with the owner, and I really appreciated the kitchen where I could cook and use the fridge. The room was small, enough for two small pieces of luggage but a challenge with a larger one. The location was great, with the metro and bus—night bus included—just around the corner. However, there were several restrictions that could be inconvenient: I wasn’t allowed to use the oven or stay in the lounge, and the frying pans sometimes needed replacement. In cold winter nights, the heating didn’t work well; the room felt cold and there was no floor heating. There is an AC in the room, but I think there is a 10 Euro charge per night (check again!). It’s best to confirm with the owner before arrival to get the key, as replies can take time.
