The pet fee was $10/night or $25 for the week, and the staff member was friendly. The tiny kitchen had a sink, stove, full fridge, and TV, plus drawers, shampoo, and body wash. However, the place feels old, the smell is odd, and the parking spots are too close together; someone hit my car and left scratches, which was scary, so I avoided parking near other vehicles.

The grounds were cleaned. They advertised pet acceptance, so I booked a room for one night; after checking in I was told that pets are not allowed at this location and I couldn’t use the room I had paid for. Because the booking was non‑refundable, I couldn’t get a refund even though they had lied about pet policy. Corporate sent an apology email and offered an $11.52 credit toward my next stay, yet I paid for a room I wasn’t allowed to occupy because I had two dogs listed in the reservation.

The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean; the staff were polite. I arrived on Sunday and had a room on the upper floor; when I exited the elevator on my right at the end of the hallway there was trash, so I had to check in at 3 pm. The trash was never removed; I left at 11 am on Monday and the hallway still had trash piled up from Sunday. The floors were dirty and had hair on them. When I checked out there was a gentleman asking to have the linen changed; I had been there for five days and wanted the floor mopped, but it’s unclear if that issue was resolved. There was ice in the laundry room and the soda machine had no sodas, yet I was charged 2.75 cents when I didn’t receive a drink.
