I like the hotel strategic location, right at the center of the city. 1. Bad WIFI cover, line totally unstable and couldn't managed to get a proper stable connection 2. Poor parking facility, car can enter but difficult to exit due to blocked passage & need to part at sister Mandarin hotel

centrally located. Was put up in the top floor where the room is old, faulty toilet sink and a non-working TV. Requested for a room change for the 2nd night and was moved to a renovated room on the lower floor

The hotel was okay, nothing special. The rooms were spacious. We stayed only one night because we were in town for the UTMB race. The big advantage was that the hotel was super close to the start and finish points, which was extremely convenient. The hotel is on a street that feels a bit “low morale,” with several adult entertainment houses. Many of the customers from those places stared at me and my fiancée with disgusting looks whenever we passed by. I know that isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it was unpleasant to deal with each time we left or returned.

The hotel had been freshly renovated and was clean, but there was no hot water and no electric kettle to boil water.

Excellent hotel. We came for a competition, liked everything, and would recommend it.
