The staff were friendly and explained everything in detail. I stayed there because my sister was in the nearby emergency hospital, so the proximity was a big help. The bed was wide and comfortable, the room was warm, the shower was spacious and the plumbing worked well, and the hair dryer was powerful. Everything was great, I recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located near ATB, a bakery, and other shops. The room is large with a separate bathroom and toilet, and it’s clean. There is a fridge, but no electric kettle. The entrance to the room comes from the street, which feels a bit odd but didn’t cause discomfort. The mattress is uncomfortable, all the springs poke out and creak, and the pillow is also awkward. There’s no sound insulation and the parking is very small.

I stayed there for over 10 days in October. I chose the hotel for its location and it didn’t disappoint. Everything is within walking distance: shops, cafés, pharmacies, and public transport stops. The hotel itself is fresh and clean. The staff are very polite, communicative, and responsive to requests, which is especially important at check‑in and check‑out. My room was in pristine condition (I had an upgraded standard). The bedding and towels were all white and changed every three days. Slippers, shampoos, and gels were constantly replenished. There’s a TV, a fridge (so you can keep snacks and feel at home), a bathroom with its own boiler and constant hot water, a shower, a hair dryer, and extra lighting, which is important for girls. The heating is a radiator, and by October it was already warming up, even though the average daytime temperature outside was +22. Overall, it’s warm enough that you won’t freeze in Mirage, and you can’t smoke in the rooms, which is great because the rooms only smell fresh. I left with pleasant memories and will definitely return. Thank you, Mirage! The only downside is walking up to the fourth floor every day, but that’s more of a joke since I’ve stopped walking up the floors.

The cleanliness is perfect and the fresh renovation is great. The hotel is on the fourth floor and a bit off the city center.
