The location was convenient, but the room was stuffy and the air conditioner wouldn’t run to clear the musty smell, so we had to use a fan in the cold; the staff were unfriendly except for the housekeeper who was always smiling, and we ran out of toiletries and had to request more.

I was charged a $100 smoking fee even though I never smoked inside the hotel; they claimed a strong odor, but I’m sure it came from outside. They might check the cameras and see I never smoked in the room, so this charge feels outrageous.
