The location was good and there was a small private beach, the only place you could swim on the island. The room was filthy, the sheets and towels were dirty, and the resort’s environment felt worse and duller than the pictures. Overall, it was worse than expected. We complained to the hotel and got a room change; the new room was slightly better but still not good. We decided to check out earlier than planned, and we had already told them on the first day that we wanted to leave early and adjust our booking. Unfortunately, the hotel could not accommodate that request and refused to refund the night we didn’t stay. The beach was also dirty with a lot of trash, so we cleaned it ourselves to make it look better and more pleasant. On top of that, breakfast was very dull and subpar. In general, it was a very bad experience. I do not recommend it.
