“Konumu Harika, Hizmeti Ve Odaları Yetersiz”

After staying at Cunda Otel last year and being very satisfied, we returned this year hoping for the same experience, but unfortunately we did not find the same level of quality. The location, sea, and beach area were still great, but the overall condition of the hotel and its service approach had seriously deteriorated. The rooms were noticeably old and rust was visible in the bathroom and plumbing areas. The facility urgently needs a comprehensive renovation. Although we were a couple, we were given two single beds combined, and because the beds were uncomfortable we could not sleep well. The staff were far from helpful. We observed that customer satisfaction was clearly not a priority and that the service quality had noticeably dropped compared to last year. We chose this hotel because of the pleasant memories from the previous year, but this time we were disappointed. No matter how beautiful the location and beach are, we will not consider staying again unless the rooms are renovated and a customer‑focused service model is adopted.

“Great location”

The location, breakfast, beach, and friendly staff were all good, but we were on the ground floor and a loud family set up chairs on the beach directly in front of our unit all day, spoiling the tranquility.

“Alles Top”

The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and everything from the food to the cocktails was delicious; the beach is a dream, so we’ll definitely return. The furniture might be a bit dated and dusty, and there’s no Wi‑Fi in the room, which is a problem especially for teenagers.

“Mutlulukkkkkk”

With my friend, the hotel fulfilled all our dreams and we were very satisfied; the location and tranquility were especially wonderful, and the staff were extremely friendly and respectful. This will be our sole address in Cunda from now on, and I’m grateful for the experience. It’s a bit old, so a little renovation would make it even better.

The hotel is really close to Cunda’s center and you can walk directly from the ground‑floor rooms to the beach, but parking for cars can be an issue in the evenings, so you might not find a spot when you return after a night out. The staircase at the pier has a small problem; the gaps can catch fingers and cause injuries—my wife even hurt her toe, and the reception didn’t seem to care much, and I doubt they’ll fix it.
